Parent Teacher Conferences

The girls had their Parent/Teacher Conferences yesterday.  They both have good teachers this year, which is so nice.  Big sister is awesome.  Her report card is (as usual) very boring - All A's and one B.  She was supposed to come up with her own goals.  One of them was to talk less.  Her teacher laughed and told her not to worry about that one - apparently big sister either doesn't talk much or talks so quietly that it doesn't disturb anyone.  Her teacher said that this class is the hardest she's had in a long time, and she loves that big sister is so willing to be the good example wherever she is.  She usually finishes her work very quickly and then helps the other kids with their stuff.  Awesomeness. 

Little sister is also doing well.  Those headphones we got her have made a world of difference.  She is able to concentrate and complete her work so much better now.  Her teacher says she is just fantastic and he loves having her in his class.  She is already reading at the level she should be at by the end of 2nd grade and has straight A's in math.  Smarty pants!
