May 2018

May was busy busy busy.  The kids were all finishing up the end of the school year, so there was a lot going on.  But one of our most important May events was Big sister's 14th birthday!  Her big request was a chocolate pie instead of cake.  This is a typical teenage picture of our teenager...
We marked her height on the wall.  Mom's still taller, right?
Another big event in May was the younger 3 performing in their play.  They're all in the same acting group, and it was super fun to watch them perform.  Big Brother decided he wanted a big role this year.  The role of Hei Hei in Ariel and Moana's adventure was perfect.  No lines, but he was a main charachter.  It took some work to help him learn how to act without speaking, but he did AWESOME!  He really stretched himself for this role and did a great job.

Here's our little sister, who made such a beautiful islander.  She knew her lines as well as everyone else's.  Which was good, because the people around her were not very good at remember her lines so she was able to help a lot.
Little sister is on the left side of the stage, 2nd kiddo from the left in a purple shirt.

Cute boys, ready for the finale!
Little brother made one adorable clam!
Big sister and Wife had set a goal to finish our Personal Progress in Young Women's before Big sister moved on to Mia Maids.  We just made it.  On the day she moved up, which also happened to be Mother's Day, we both received our medallions.  It was a wonderful and testimony building experience to complete this, and I love that I got to do it with my beautiful daughter.
Our cute niece Tiffany came to visit for Mother's Day, and it was fun to hang out with her and her husband and son!
Little brother graduated from Kindergarten.  He had a great teacher and made some awesome friends.  I'm glad that one of their moms managed to capture a picture of them.  They are a fun bunch of kiddos!
