A good day

Today the kids (sort of) let us sleep in.  They came in at 6am, but after settling them with chocolate milk and a show, they didn't really bug us until 8:30.  That's nice.  I love mornings when you don't really have to get up.  Everyone helped clean and organize the playroom and it was done in less than 30 minutes.  Husband and I went on a Christmas shopping date - got a lot of it knocked out!  Then home for lunch and 2 football games.  My dad joined us and it was fun to watch the games.  At halftime, husband raked the leaves for the kids so they could jump in them.  They played for quite a while.  Such a good daddy!  We watched a Star Wars movie tonight because little brother got an r2d2 toy in his cereal.  He gets so into the all of this stuff - it's fun to hear him talk about superheroes and Star Wars.  Cutie.  All the kids are now in bed asleep, time for me to do the same!
